By downloading or using Vacio ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Vacio does
Vacio helps you find and remove photos and videos to free up storage on your device. All analysis runs on your device. You always review and confirm what is deleted — Vacio never deletes anything automatically and never uploads your media.
Your responsibility for deletions
You are responsible for the items you choose to delete. Deleted items are moved to the iOS Photos "Recently Deleted" album, where they can be recovered for 30 days before iOS removes them permanently. We recommend keeping a backup (for example, iCloud Photos) before deleting. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss resulting from deletions you confirm.
Subscriptions & payments
Vacio offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Vacio Premium") that unlocks unlimited cleanup. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment details.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only on devices and content you own or are authorized to manage.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will identify every removable item.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
